Important Points for Thursday’s Rally

 

Ø       Main Message:  Save Adoptions, Keep a Trained Staff in Place.

Ø       What to wear:  Light blue, or blue and orange.

Ø       Main Media Contacts:  Danielle Pepper and Suzanne Laba, who will be wearing badges saying “Media Contact.”

Ø       Discouraged:  Bringing dogs is now being discouraged.

Ø       Encouraged:  Bringing pictures of dogs adopted from City Shelter is encouraged!

Ø       Please, if you can:  Make extra signs!  Make copies of the small hand-bill.

Ø       Rally Call:  Adoptions are Revenue!  Killing is not cost effective!

Ø       City Shelter Volunteers Stand Out:  Wear the blue and orange paw buttons.

Ø       Hand Out:  Council-member contact info, small hand-bill.
