Business Transacted

• Election of Facilitator: Paula Kelman, appointed unanimously to act as Chairmen Pro Tem/Facilitator for meeting of 6/15/04.
• Presentation of By-Laws: Motion to present By-Laws side by side made by Alex Murphy, Seconded by Richard Knaub, approved unanimously. By-Laws by Carol Tutzauer read first, followed by comments. By-laws of Richard Knaub read second, followed by comments.
• Floor Opened for Comments.
• Comments Summarized: Both versions are more similar than different. Special considerations noted. General consensus is that a solid workable version could be easily formulated by merging both.
• Vote on By-laws: Motion to table vote on By-Laws and form committee to merge both versions presented by Alex Murphy, seconded by Carol Tutzauer, voted on and accepted unanimously. By-law vote will be added to the agenda for the next scheduled meeting.
• Motion presented by Danielle Pepper to designate a By-Law reconciliation committee, seconded by Kerry Neaf. By-Law reconciliation committee to be comprised of Clara Miller, Paula Kelman, Reanna Kaopuiki. Voted on and approved unanimously.
• Motion to appoint Carol Tutzauer as Pro Tem Chairman, Alex Murphy as Secretary and Henry Sontag as VP of Networking for meeting on 6/22/04 presented by Rita Gallagher, voted on and unanimously decided. Carol Tutzauer will preside over the next meeting, Alex Murphy will notify the community via email to the SOS Group, Henry Sontag will notify the community outside of the email subscriber-base to inform all interested parties of the next meeting and business to be addressed. Under the direction of the Chairman Pro Tem, the Secretary will formulate and distribute the agenda for the next meeting.
